What We Do
Baker Places current annual budget of over 10 million dollars provides innovative programming services to over 1500 individuals annually in non-restrictive, home-like environments emphasizing individual and group responsibility and decision making. The agency is staffed by 200 culturally and ethnically diverse people. We operate on a social rehabilitation model and believe that people want to and can recover from the psychological pain and disarray in there lives caused by mental illness and/or use of addicting substances. People may have an opportunity to move through a continuum of care, from acute services to supported, independent living, within Baker Places many programs.
